Using this site

This website presents Capital Corner's local media services. Its content is provided in good faith for general information; it is not an offer capable of acceptance. All advertising services are agreed individually in writing — nothing on this site automatically forms part of any contract, and package contents, availability and pricing are confirmed per agreement.

Our figures

We hold published numbers to a simple standard: every figure says what it counts. Group membership totals are memberships, not unique people. Historical print distribution is labelled historical. Channels marked “planned” or “pilot” are exactly that. Demo and illustrative data is labelled as such wherever it appears. If you find a figure on this site that fails that standard, tell us and we will correct it.

Sponsorship disclosure

Where editorial content (such as Community Choice results) carries a sponsor, the sponsorship is disclosed on the content itself, and sponsors have no influence over editorial outcomes. The full policy is on our Community Choice page.

Intellectual property

The Capital Corner name, logo and the content of this site belong to Capital Corner. Third-party names appearing in directory or market-research listings belong to their owners and appear factually, not as endorsements in either direction.

We maintain this site carefully but provide it “as is”; to the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on its general content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
